Precast Concrete Well Pits come with a 30" Plastic Polylok Riser and Lid
TANK SPECIFICATIONS:
The standard and large well pits have openings offset on both ends, with a plastic seal that can be cut from 1 1/2” to 4” size as needed. The medium well pit has openings off-set on four sides, with a plastic seal that can be cut from 1 1/2” to 4” size as needed. Top riser open-ing is 30” diameter, 2 foot tall tile, with a plastic cover.

WARRANTY
The Boom Concrete, Inc. concrete tanks (septic, cistern, or well pit) when installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions are warranted against defective materials and/or workmanship for 5 years from the date of delivery to the project site. Should a defect appear within the warranty period, Boom Concrete, Inc. will, at its discretion, repair or replace any tank it deems to be defective. Boom Concrete, Inc.'s liability is limited to the value of the concrete tank itself and specifically excludes the cost of installation and/or removal and consequential damages. Failure to comply with Boom Concrete, Inc. installation procedures and general notes will void the warranty. Boom Concrete, Inc. assumes no liability in cases of improper installation or misuse. The customer must provide proof of the date of purchase.
